eF&Gi was born in March 2009 in Sitges, a town on the Garraf Coast just about 25 km from Barcelona.
Sitges is where Fabio and Greg spent a significant portion of their lives offering art their unique artistic flare to each plate of international cuisine to delight your pallet. Surrounded by lots of optimism we have created a charming space where the service and the food delivers unforgettable sensations.
And so, eF&Gi is born. A restaurant of creative cuisine specialising in fusing Mediterranean dishes with touches of Asian flavours, where the quality of our products is the basis of our philosophy.
We only use seasonal, fresh, ecological ingredients from the island, and we have of course selected the best quality meat and fish suppliers. A gastronomical trip to eF&Gi is sure to satisfy all palates.
