Char-grilled strips of fillet beef, daikon, celery, tomato pulp, carrots and cucumber in julienne, flavoured with kaffir lime leaves, drizzled with a lime, chili and fresh herbs vinaigrette.

Yellow or red Thai style curry cooked in coconut milk, either with chicken or prawns r vegetarian.
